JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED operates the PickPaket website. When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, contact details, destination and cargo information. Shipment arrangements may require pickup and delivery addresses, invoices, packing lists and customs documents. Share only relevant information and ensure you may provide other people’s details. Do not send passwords or payment-card details in an initial inquiry.
2. Use and sharing
We use relevant information to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate agreed services, keep business records and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may support steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests or consent where required. Information may be shared as needed with carriers, handling partners, customs agents, hosting providers or authorities. International shipments may involve processing in Hong Kong, mainland China and destination countries; applicable transfer requirements must be addressed for the particular service.
3. Retention, security and your requests
Retention depends on the inquiry or shipment purpose and applicable accounting, customs and dispute requirements; this website does not promise a universal deletion period. Access should be limited to those who need the information, but no transmission is risk-free. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or to withdraw consent where applicable. 4. Website, hosting and external contact
PickPaket is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, URL and request time, may be processed for delivery, security and diagnostics. This site has no customer portal, online booking or inquiry database. Clicking email or WhatsApp opens an external service; sending the message is your separate action.
