BUILT AROUND YOUR RETURNS

Different situations. A practical next step.

Start with the work you need, whether you are adding a local receiving point, deciding what to restock or bringing a batch of returns together.

01

Keep your fulfilment setup

Add physical returns handling alongside your existing provider. Agree how return references, incoming counts and inspection findings reach your team, without assuming a new portal or software integration.

02

Inspect before deciding

For goods needing a condition review, define the checks and photos first. Use the findings to approve repacking, storage, restocking or onward movement at the appropriate location.

03

Bring a batch together

For dispersed returns or a removal batch, keep each arrival linked to the original reference. Reconcile actual receipts and pending items before releasing an approved consolidated shipment.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD

One return. A connected process.

01

Tell us what is coming

Start with the receiving country, product and work you need. We confirm the location and scope before you send.

02

Receive & understand

Incoming references, counts and agreed inspection results give your team a basis for the next decision.

03

Decide & move forward

Approve storage, repacking, restocking or consolidated forwarding. We align the next action with your instructions.

LOCAL RECEIVING. CONNECTED THINKING.

Eight countries. One conversation.

Match your product and handling requirements to the right receiving location. Our network connects returns in the US, UK and six European markets.

Receiving locations and product acceptance are confirmed per project. Our company office is not a returns delivery address. Dutch-language support does not imply a warehouse in the Netherlands.

FAQ

Before you send the first return.

Can I keep my existing fulfilment provider?

Yes. Tell us which return-handling steps you need alongside your current setup. The receiving location and handover format are agreed for the project.

Do you automatically refund my customers?

No. Warehouse receipt, inspection, your inventory decisions and consumer refunds are separate. You remain responsible for authorising the next action.

Can you inspect every kind of product?

We match products to appropriate handling locations. Acceptance, inspection capability and any special conditions are confirmed before shipment.

How much does handling cost?

The quote depends on the country, product, volume, storage, agreed checks, packaging and onward movement. We confirm units, currency and scope before work is authorised.

LET’S FIND THE RIGHT FIT

Your next step starts with three details.

Tell us the country, the product and what needs to happen. We will clarify the handling scope and the information needed for a quote.
