Receiving & storage

Know what arrived, what is missing and what happens next.

A receiving plan connects your references to the goods that actually arrive. Prepare the intake information first, then agree storage and the next handling step.

Prepare for this service

  • Receiving country and goods currently in transit or in stock
  • Project, return/RMA or removal reference and SKU list
  • Expected parcel count and expected item count, kept separate
  • Planned arrivals, product characteristics and onward requirements
01

Before the first parcel

Share the return or removal reference, SKU list, expected parcel and item counts, and planned arrivals. Confirm the receiving location and marking instructions before dispatch.

02

Every arrival, accounted for

We match incoming goods to their references and record actual quantities, packaging condition and discrepancies. Partial deliveries stay linked to the original batch.

03

Stock with a clear status

Received, awaiting inspection and approved for release are separate states. Storage periods, their starting event and applicable charges are agreed for your project. Physical receipt alone does not mean an item is ready for sale.

Prices, storage periods, inspection scope and onward transport are confirmed individually. Wait for receiving instructions before sending goods. Do not email passwords, payment details or API keys.

The records to agree before we start

01

Receipt by arrival

Actual parcel and item counts, receipt reference and event time, including partial deliveries.

02

Stock and exceptions

Received stock, unknown items, shortages and packaging observations remain distinguishable.

03

A usable handover

Agree how receipt records and pending questions are returned to your team, using your existing file format where suitable.

When a batch needs a decision

An unknown SKU or a quantity difference

Keep the original reference and observed quantity. Identify what is unresolved and who must clarify it before the affected stock moves further.

A removal batch arrives in parts

Record each delivery against the original batch. Count the expected total once; record each actual receipt separately. Dispatch or tracking information is not proof of warehouse receipt.

Prepare your next handoverA better decision starts with a better record.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD

One return. A connected process.

01

Tell us what is coming

Start with the receiving country, product and work you need. We confirm the location and scope before you send.

02

Receive & understand

Incoming references, counts and agreed inspection results give your team a basis for the next decision.

03

Decide & move forward

Approve storage, repacking, restocking or consolidated forwarding. We align the next action with your instructions.

LET’S FIND THE RIGHT FIT

Your next step starts with three details.

Tell us the country, the product and what needs to happen. We will clarify the handling scope and the information needed for a quote.
