Request a quote
Request a quote for returns handling
Send the receiving country, product or SKU details, estimated return volumes and required operations. Include storage duration and onward destination where known.

Receiving country
Where do the returns need to arrive? If you are unsure, describe where the goods are now.
Product & condition
Product type, size, SKU or reference, current condition and any batteries or special handling requirements.
Required operations
Receiving and storage, agreed inspection, repacking or forwarding. Mention a removal batch separately from a consumer return.
Volumes, storage and onward transport
Expected parcels and items, onward destination, inspection criteria and your existing record format, if known.
Give the route and warehouse review the facts it needs
A useful brief describes the parcel that will actually move and the decisions that follow its arrival. Add the following details before sending your request.
Describe the packed parcel and its contents
Give the weight and outside dimensions after packing, the product category and the number of items normally returned together. Identify batteries, liquids or other contents that need an acceptance check. Add packaging or handling concerns, such as a fragile part or a damaged retail box. The carrier must confirm the selected product’s conditions for these contents and this route before a label is issued.
Show the return pattern behind the monthly total
State the expected parcels and units per month, then explain peaks, campaigns or occasional batches. Describe the main customer origins and whether parcels arrive individually or through a consolidated movement. Add the expected items per parcel and any large variation in size. This gives the route and receiving review a practical workload profile for discussing capacity, the handling scope and the basis of the quote.
Set the decisions that follow warehouse arrival
Specify what receiving must record and which checks need approval. Photos, accessory counts, visual grading and functional testing require different instructions. Give a response path for unidentified, damaged or unexpected goods. Agree who authorises storage, repacking, consolidation and stock release. Name the person responsible for refund decisions, and keep that decision linked to the order or RMA and the recorded inspection outcome.
The receiving address, product acceptance, inspection criteria, handling charges, storage terms and onward transport are confirmed before shipment or work begins.
