Customer returns from Spain

A return from Spain starts with the merchant’s approved receiving address and the product booked for that journey. Choose the customer’s hand-in channel after confirming the route. Correos office returns, Citypaq deposits and SEUR collections involve different instructions, even when the customer begins with an online return request.

Set the route and label owner before approval

For Paq Retorno, Correos describes preparing the shipment and supplying its label or shipment code. SEUR’s e-commerce return process offers a Pickup shop, home or workplace option. These are service-specific choices; a convenient local point does not establish that the label reaches your intended warehouse.

Name the account holder, invoice payer and person issuing the customer instructions. Confirm both postcodes and the packed parcel profile. If receiving will take place outside Spain, qualify that international product separately before advertising the same return journey to every customer.

Give the customer one usable hand-in instruction

Citypaq’s return process uses the retailer’s return code and a suitable locker compartment; Correos handles the return label. A locker collection PIN from an earlier delivery is a different instruction. Include the selected return point, packaging requirement and the reference the customer should retain.

SEUR’s published e-Devoluciones flow instructs the customer to print and attach the label. Use the actual booking instructions when offering a printerless alternative. Establish who resolves a rejected code, unavailable compartment or missed collection before the customer tries a different channel.

Connect the Spanish hand-in to warehouse decisions

Keep the approved request, actual label or code and transport reference together. Ask for the available deposit or collection evidence when acceptance is unclear. A return request alone does not show that a parcel entered the carrier network.

At the agreed receiving site, reconcile the parcel against its order or RMA, then record item quantities and condition under the handling brief. Separate unidentified arrivals and disputed contents for a merchant decision. Inspection, storage and consolidation need their own instructions; a carrier delivery event does not authorise a customer refund.

Products for returns from Spain

These products document the customer’s return origin. The receiving country, merchant account and exact hand-in method must also fit the route. Network coverage alone does not confirm a bookable return.

Before you issue labels

  • Provide the Spanish origin and receiving address with both postcodes; identify any international leg.
  • Describe packed weight, dimensions, product category and expected monthly returns.
  • Choose office, locker, Pickup shop or collection and confirm the exact label or code supplied.
  • Agree the receiving record, inspection scope, exception owner and authorised onward action.

Local return questions

Can the customer return without a home printer?

Some Correos flows provide label printing from the shipment code. Confirm the selected product and acceptance point. Send the customer the correct code and the packaging instructions together; a general promise of printerless returns leaves the physical hand-in unresolved.

Does a Citypaq return always need an app reservation?

Correos describes both direct locker deposit and an app-based reservation route. Follow the flow supported by the retailer’s return code and the chosen locker. Include what the customer should do when no suitable compartment is available.

Can the same SEUR instructions cover every return?

Use the specific return booking and its issued documents. A customer-service template should retain the selected hand-in point, preparation instructions and booking reference. Agree any different printing arrangement before changing that message, then pass the same reference to the receiving team.
