Confirm the location, accepted products and operations before dispatch. Photographs illustrate handling activities and do not identify the assigned receiving site.
Tell us where the goods are now, how they will arrive and whether they are customer returns or an inventory removal batch. Request the assigned German receiving address and labelling instructions before dispatch.
Supply return or removal references, SKUs and separate expected parcel and item counts. Link partial deliveries and discrepancies to the original batch. Marketplace preparation or relabelling must be agreed separately.
Approve storage, repacking or consolidated forwarding after reviewing received quantities and any inspection findings. Supply the next warehouse’s acceptance conditions; for onward movement outside the EU, confirm the transport and customs documentation required for the route.
