01Confirm products and instructions before arrival
Provide product characteristics, expected volumes, references and the incoming route. Confirm the assigned Hungarian address, acceptance conditions, parcel markings and the language of the operating instructions before anyone sends the stock.
02Agree records, inspection and cost units
Specify the SKU fields, parcel and unit counts, photo requirements and visual checks needed. Confirm whether the quote is per parcel, article, action or storage period, along with its currency and minimums. Do not treat an expected quantity as a recorded receipt.
03Authorise consolidation after reconciliation
Compare actual receipts, shortages and items awaiting instructions before selecting stock for dispatch. Confirm final carton contents, the next recipient and transport requirements. Additional work and cross-border documentation are reviewed for the chosen route before release.
