01Confirm the US receiving location and incoming route
Share product type, dimensions, expected volumes and where returns will originate. Request the assigned address and parcel marking instructions before giving it to customers or a carrier. Acceptance is reviewed for the project; no particular state or nationwide collection service is implied.
02Separate receipts from condition decisions
Provide return or removal references and expected parcel and unit counts. Agree whether checks cover visible damage, packaging, accessories or individual items. Hold unidentified or unresolved units separately in the records until your team provides instructions.
03Choose domestic onward handling or international forwarding
Specify the recipient and whether the goods remain in the US or leave the country. Confirm repacking, final carton quantities and the transport route before release. For international movement, agree the goods information, shipping documents and clearance responsibilities with the parties involved.
