01Describe the origin and route of the returns
State where the goods are coming from, the destination area requested, product characteristics and expected volumes. Confirm the assigned Spanish receiving point before dispatch. If an origin or destination is an island or has specific transport requirements, identify it for route review rather than assuming standard handling.
02Reconcile parcels and units separately
A returned parcel may contain several SKUs or arrive with missing accessories. Provide expected parcel and item counts and specify the required identity, packaging and visible-condition checks. Record mismatches and pending questions before authorising additional work.
03Set the packing and release instructions
Choose storage, repacking or consolidated onward dispatch using the received quantities and agreed findings. Confirm carton identification, recipient requirements and final packed dimensions. Request a route-specific freight estimate and clarify any documentation or charges awaiting confirmation.
