01Confirm your UK returns receiving point
Provide the product type, expected volumes, parcel markings and incoming route. Confirm the assigned UK address and acceptance conditions before customers or carriers send returns. A returns address is a handling arrangement, not a company registration service.
02Define the inspection and reporting scope
Agree SKU matching, visible condition checks, accessories and photo requirements. Keep customer-reported faults separate from observed findings, and confirm the reporting format used with your existing team.
03Plan UK and international onward shipments
State whether stock will remain in the UK or move to the EU or another destination. Cross-border routes need transport and customs documentation agreed before dispatch, including who supplies the required goods information and handles clearance. Do not assume an EU receiving arrangement also covers UK movements.
