01Prepare return references for French arrivals
Send the product list, order or RMA references, expected quantities and planned arrival method. Confirm the assigned receiving address in France and the markings customers or carriers must use. Agree the instruction language and reporting fields your team needs.
02Keep return reasons separate from inspection findings
A customer’s stated reason helps identify the case but does not replace a warehouse check. Define visible-condition, packaging and accessory checks, sampling or per-unit coverage, and requested photo views. Link observations to the relevant SKU and flag aspects not inspected.
03Approve the next stock movement
After reviewing arrivals and agreed checks, specify which quantities stay in storage, need repacking or may be consolidated. Provide the next recipient’s acceptance conditions. Confirm transport documents and responsibilities before any cross-border forwarding.
