01Confirm acceptance before directing the batch
Send product and volume details to agree the receiving location, markings and handling scope. Obtain the assigned address before using it for the removal order. The seller manages the order in their Amazon account.
02Record each arrival against its original reference
Reconcile expected and actual parcels and units separately. Link partial arrivals and mixed cartons to the removal reference and SKUs where the supplied identifiers allow. Record shortages, unknown items and unresolved quantities.
03Inspect to the agreed checklist
Define visual condition, packaging, accessories, photos and sampling or unit-by-unit checks. Keep reported faults separate from observed findings. Functional testing, repair assessment or additional handling require an agreed procedure.
04Approve the next action and retain the balance
Authorise storage, repacking or consolidation for identified quantities. Connect released SKUs to final cartons and handover references, while outstanding or held stock remains visible. Confirm the route and recipient requirements before dispatch.
Agree additional preparation separately
Relabelling, FNSKU application, rework or preparation for delivery back to Amazon require separate confirmation of location capability, current recipient instructions and costs. Receiving or a visual check alone does not establish saleable condition or Amazon acceptance. PickPaket is an independent logistics service.
